Personal Training

What’s better than investing in your long term gains rather than short term goals and doing amongst professionals that care about your overall success?

When it comes to training one on one, we are picky, specific and completely individualized to your movement needs. We base your programming off of “Gray Cook’s” functional movement screen; a system that catches your current patterns, scores and corrects them. The investment in yourself is like no other, we are building a better moving and conditioned you.

Come explore by signing up for our 90mins assessment broken up into two separate days for $90 dollars; 60mins to go over the screen, explore correction and leave you with homework. The next 30mins session is there to see if you’ve been practicing and if any changes have occurred. Who knows, we may even test your conditioning!

Group

Training with others in a guided and focussed environment is the definition of putting the fun back into functional! Our programming is based on functional, athletic movements while having a blast- laughing, yelling, swearing and telling the trainer to eff-off, it’s all part of our group vibe.

The classes are smaller, bringing individual awareness to performance: be it maintaining proper form, regressing or progressing an exercise our trainers are there to challenge and keep things moving efficiently.

All levels are welcome. Come feel what makes us different and what the buzz is all about. Book yourselves in for one of our classes, 8 people maximum on weekdays for $35, or try #psychosaturday for $20, 16 people maximum. Thank you and see you Soon.

Group with childcare

Parents need special attention, proper posture is incredibly important especially when you’re constantly picking up weight(s) that keeps getting heavier as the months go on- your kids. Bring your babies/toddlers and even older children are welcome; we have combined forces with Summerhill babysitting club to handle the childcare while you get the hour to take care of you for once (or twice a week).

We focus on exercises and movement patterns that will get you moving better, where in time your children will have to keep up with you.

Membership

Use the space to move around however you want, the only catch is If we watch you moving inefficiently we will step in. We encourage you to try something different in order to grow, and we promise that no strings are attached. $70 per month with the option for larger time frames at a lower cost.
